Who we are

Ravecue (ravecue.com) is a tool to create and schedule posts for Instagram and Facebook, music listening pages and advertising campaigns. It is operated by VNV SA. Contact: info@vnv.ch.

The data we process

• User accounts: name, e-mail address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), role, per-project permissions, last login date. One essential session cookie (planner_session, 30 days) keeps you signed in.
• User content: photos, music, generated images and videos, captions, publishing schedule, listening links and ad copy. It remains the property of the user.
• Meta connection: with an administrator's explicit authorization, IDs of Facebook Pages, professional Instagram accounts and ad accounts, and the matching access tokens. They are used only to publish content scheduled by the user, to create and manage the campaigns they request and to read their results. Tokens are stored on the server and never displayed in the browser. We do not collect personal data about followers or about Facebook or Instagram users.
• Listening pages (visitors): number of visits and clicks per platform and per ad variant, with the date. These statistics contain no IP address and no personal identifier, and these pages set no cookie.
• Technical logs: like any web server, we temporarily log the IP address, date and requested page for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

Only to provide the requested service (sign-in, creating and publishing content, listening pages, campaigns), to keep it secure and to measure the performance of listening links. We do not sell data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who it is shared with

• Hosting: the server is hosted by Hostinger.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Marketing API): only what is needed for the actions requested (publishing, campaigns, results). Meta processes this data under its own policy.
• Music link lookup: to find a track, we query public services (Spotify, Apple Music / iTunes, YouTube, SoundCloud) with the title and artist only.
• E-mail: if configured, an e-mail delivery service is used for invitations.

No other third party receives data.

Retention

Data is kept as long as the account or project exists. Sessions expire after 30 days and invitations after 7 days. Technical server logs are kept briefly. Deletion is possible at any time (see below).

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access control by role and project (read-only or read-write), access tokens kept server-side, audit log of sensitive actions.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing by contacting us (info@vnv.ch). To delete your data, see the data deletion instructions. To remove Ravecue's access to your Meta accounts: Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites → remove “Ravecue”.
